All content, features, and functionality of DelightfulBorders are owned by theneocorner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain all rights to your photos. DelightfulBorders does not claim any ownership over images you process with the app. All processing happens locally on your device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- • Use the app to infringe on others' rights
- • Distribute or sell the app or its content
Disclaimer of Warranties
DelightfulBorders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall theneocorner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
Data & Analytics
DelightfulBorders does not collect, store, or transmit any of your photos or personal data. Our website uses OpenPanel, a privacy-focused analytics service, to gather anonymized usage statistics. This is standard practice and helps us improve the product. OpenPanel does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.
